Weconducteda"mobile-first"overhaulfocusedentirelyonspeed,readability,andrapiddataaccessformedicalprofessionals.
Wereplacedthecomplexmenustructurewithaswipe-basedinteractionmodel.Weimplementedastrictcolor-codedcardsystemtohighlightcriticalpatientalertsinstantly.Thisdesignreducedaveragetaskcompletiontimebytwohoursdailyperdoctor.
